Price Terms

1.       All prices in our quotation sheet are in F.O.B. warehouse JND Tech, Shenzhen, China. Shipping cost, foreign customs charges and import cost for shipments to addresses outside the China are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

2.       As rc hobby products are high-value products, samples are not free of charge. Sample price is 8% higher than the price shown in our price list. However, if you can provide us evidence to prove that you are doing business of rc hobbies, we can offer you sample at same price as in our price list.

General Terms

1.       Sample will be sent subject to advance payment including sample cost and courier charge.

2.       Customer can instruct his/her courier company to pick up samples at his/her expenses from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. For pick-up details, please advise your courier company to contact us .

3.       Goods can be ready to send out within 5 working days from the date of payment received. However, JND Tech Hobbies does not guarantee constant availability of all products we carry. In case of a backorder, we will ship the backordered item(s) immediately upon availability.

4.       Delivery time is 3-10 working days after goods dispactch, depending on which country goods will be shipped to.

Warranty and Disclaimer

1.       Claims for damage due to delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with the assigned carrier.

2.       Every product we sent to our customer is striclty inspected in factory before sending out. In case you found that you received defective product from us, please contact us within 30 days from date of goods receipt.

3.       Defective products can be returned for exchange under the following conditions: Merchandise must be returned in its original package. We will not exchange any product with the product package having "defective" or anything else written on it.

4.       JND Tech Hobbies will not accept responsibility for damage due to usage of the products and accessories

5.       Customer shall determine the suitability of the product for use in his/her country and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith; this will include all items sold or distributed by JND Tech Hobbies.

6.       User is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturers guidelines. JND Tech Hobbies cannot accept responsibility for injury and/or crash damage or loss of kits, or accessories, parts and materials that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled model.

7.       Limits of Responsibility. We accept NO responsibility for crash damage. It is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error. We accept no responsibility for crash damage occurring during the use of a radio-controlled model. We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.

Payment Terms

1.       30% deposit must be sent by T/T when buyer make order. Remained amount must be paid before goods dispatch.

2.       Irrevocable L/C at sight must be issued immediately when order is confirmed.

3.       We only accept one-time T/T payment if order amount is less than 5000 USD.

4.       If order amount is less than 10,000 USD, buyer bear the L/C charges.

Restrictions

JND Tech Hobbies reserves the right to deny service and sales and will credit back funds for denied orders
