Product Description
The 5L water filling machine from JNDTECH is a monoblock: bottle washing, water filling and cap sealing run inside one frame, on one drive, from one control panel.
Ten models cover 150 to 4,000 bottles per hour for bottles between 3 and 10 litres. Changing a few parts adapts the same frame to a 3 litre table bottle or a 10 litre catering jug on the same shift.
The band sits between two other machine families. Small-bottle monoblocks stop at two litres, and gallon barrel lines are built around returnable containers. A 5 litre bottle is disposable and carries five kilograms of water, which shapes the handling system below.
Liquids and Plants a 5L Water Filling Machine Serves
The machine fills still liquids without viscosity: purified water, mineral water, spring water and distilled water, plus liquor, rice wine, medicinal wine, soy sauce and vinegar.
Mineral water plants and purified water plants make up most of the demand, because a disposable large bottle suits offices, canteens and home delivery. Condiment factories, food and beverage plants and breweries run the same monoblock on their own liquids.
Layouts are linear or rotary, linear for the lower models and a short filling hall, rotary at the higher capacities where the same footprint has to pass more bottles per hour.

How the Washing, Filling and Capping Process Runs
Empty bottles enter neck first. A rinsing station washes the interior, the filling valves dose the water, the capping head applies the closure, and the outfeed conveyor carries the sealed bottle away. The washing, filling and capping sequence repeats without an operator touching a bottle between stations.
What makes it work at this bottle size is the neck, not the body. Each bottle rides on a suspended neck clamp instead of being pushed along by its base, so a tall 10 litre bottle stays upright through the transfer points and the star wheel.
The rinse nozzle sits inside the grab rather than in a separate rinsing machine. The stainless steel grab takes the bottle above the screw thread, so the thread stays dry while the nozzle washes the whole interior.
Gravity Filling and Magnetic Torque Capping
Filling runs on gravity. Water drops through an open valve under its own weight, which holds the dose steady across a long run and keeps foam out of a large bottle.
The capping head closes plastic screw caps with magnetic torque. Closing force is set on the control panel and adjusted steplessly, so a cap seals without being crushed or stripped. Caps are standard plastic screw caps or a special order shape.
Bottle and cap changeover are parts changes, not machine changes. A plant running 3 litre, 5 litre and 10 litre formats keeps one set of change parts per bottle.
